Macro Monday!!

I have been trying to teach myself to shoot macro this year and I'm having a great time working on it:) Bugs seem to be my main attraction and these were taken on the last of my mums this year...

2010 Harvest is done!

Sweeney farms has just finished bringing in the crops for the 2010 season! It has been a looong time since they have been done this early in the year:) Maybe their speed is due (in part) to the new combine! The new combine is a beast -you have to see it in person to belive how HUGE it is LOL

I had the pleasure of photographing this family at nearby Lincoln Log Cabin. The kids were adorable and I loved watching them watch the animals ♥ We saw sheep in the barn, loose chickens running around and even a friendly cat:)

The baby slept most of the time..he was so adorable! I could not believe how much hair he had! I even heard that he had already had a trim lol

I {Heart} Faces weekly photo challenge / All About Babies

I looked at several of this little girl and finally just picked one lol She looks like a little doll and has the cutest little lips:) I think she was probably thinking I was crazy while taking this! (I LOVE her little foot sticking out!)

Jasmine with her girl!

I have already posted pictures with Jasmine (the bunny) now she is here with her owner! My daughter just HAD to have a bunny when her brothers both got one to show in 4H so we brought home Jasmine for her! I have always read that the Dutch bunnies are really nice and easy-going and I truly believe it:) Jasmine is a wonderful bunny and we are glad we have her!

This little guy came back for some spring pictures and he was all smiles! What a wonderful grin:) When we pulled out Jasmine for him to see he wasn't sure what he thought...he liked her much better from the chair and I LOVE the resulting image!

I took my daughter out for a few quick photos before the beautiful yellow flowers stopped blooming.. (in other words -before they spray the weeds lol) We had fun and here are my 2 (personal) favorites!

This is the first time I have ever tried anything like this and feedback is appreciated!!! I'm planning to post a what-to-wear Wednesday Once a month but if people like it -I might post it more often! These outfits are examples of what would look good for family portraits -they are nicely coordinated without "matching too much" Enjoy!

A couple with their "furbabies"

Here is a girl I've known for a long time and her significant other (who I had never met before:)) along with their "Furbabies". The dogs were adorable (I love dogs!) and I had a fun time with this session. I actually seriously overshot and had a hard time narrowing it down! Enjoy!
